Ted Farley graduated from Queen's University and was called to the Bar in 1977. His practice includes corporate and commercial law, wills and estates, and residential and commercial real estate. Ted is a member, past Director, and past Treasurer of the Wellington County Law Association. He is the past co-chair of the professional division of the United Way. He is also a member of the Ontario Bar Association and belongs to the Business Law, Wills and Estates and Real Property sections of that Association. Ted enjoys golfing, downhill skiing and computers. He is married with three children.

Marti Wilson was born and raised in Northern Ontario and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Guelph, followed by her Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen's University law school. She is a member of the bar in both Ontario and Alberta. After working with several Ontario lawyers after graduating, mainly in litigation practices, Marti headed west to Banff, Alberta in 1998 where she explored the mountains, operated a bed and breakfast and coordinated films for the world renowned Banff Mountain Film Festival until 2006. Marti joined Farley Law Office in June, 2011 after five years practising real estate, wills and estates and corporate commercial law in Banff. When she isnít working Marti enjoys walking the trails with her dog Ollie, golfing, reading a good book, skiing, hiking or playing tennis.
